1. 1 Year Warranty on Brand New Laptops/desktops.
2. Delivery to be made within 1-5 days after order is placed. However the client can also communicate the urgency of the goods for us to deliver within a shorter period.
3. Prices quoted are exclusive of installation costs
4. Once an item is delivered, the delivery costs incurred are non-refundable
5. Quotation is only valid for
   a) Credit period as per the Credit agreement for clients who have opened an account with us
   b) Cash purchases/delivery for those who have not opened an account with us
   c) Cheques/Bankers cheques/EFTs/RTGs must clear before delivery or collection of items for b above i.e for first time clients
6. After-Sales Service
   a) can be provided upon request by the client depending on units being purchased
   b) Units requiring installation lasting more than an hour may be billed
   c) 1 year free after sale support, collections, drops from the client’s location by our Riders
   d) Our delivery team are well trained and can assist with some setups on delivery
